I have over 20 years of experience playing various styles of flag football in three states. I have played all positions, but I am primarily a Quarterback.
Unlike others, I don't provide you with 100's of plays which you'll never learn and can't memorize. Each of these plays is quality and works on the field of play. With a little practice, you can master these plays and force any defense to stop you. The game is all about Offense! Your offense should be able to do whatever you want to do. The defense has to stop you. If they can't, you win! Let my experience and knowledge of the game help you be more organized and more efficient on the field of play. All of these plays are from a pocket-passing quarterback's perspective. In cases where you need more time to throw, the play leaves a player in to screen. If you are, or you have a mobile quarterback, then adjust the plays for rollouts, sprint outs or bootlegs, all at your option. The plays are designed as a guideline for your offense. You will need to practice in order to get the proper timing down and to be the most efficient with the plays. Some of the plays require specific talents at different positions. You will need to utilize your players' talents to fit the play.
The 5-Man offensive plays are against two defenses, 1-3-1 Zone and Man-to-Man. Some plays may work against a 2-3 Zone or 1-2-2 Zone, but I'll let you decide.
The 7-Man or 8-Man offensive plays are against two zone defenses, 1-4-2 or 1-3-3 Zone.
The plays are laid out where they are easy to read and color-coded for quick
reference.
